SDC supplies standard and custom chambers for vacuum applications including CVD, PVD and characterization systems for industry, academia and government institutions worldwide. Our 22,000 sq foot facility is equipped with the latest technology for fabricating, assembling and testing your vacuum chamber and components.

From vacuum fired, electropolished, 316 LN ESR stainless steel and metal seals to ports, doors, stands, water jackets and mumetal shields, our engineers will take your concept to design completion. In addition, our clean room provides for assemblies in a particle-free environment.
