Hazardous Gas Delivery Products UHP 316L Stainless Steel or Hastelloy SDC specializes in hazardous gas delivery management systems. We provide the industry’s safest and most reliable Ultra-High-Purity (UHP) specialty gas equipment available. SDC manufactures fully automated gas cabinets, VMB's and panels for hazardous/flammable and pyrophoric gases (such as H2, HBr, PH3, NH3, Ch4, WF6, C2H4, F2, Cl2, SiH4, B2H6, Si2H6, SiH2Cl2, CO, etc.) Mass customization and modular design concepts, controls architecture and enclosures have been combined to widen our hazardous gas product configuration spectrum and greatly increase user flexibility. Our Modular Design Concepts allow for component-level replacement, ease of service and upgradeability. UHP 316L Stainless Steel or Hastelloy corrosion resistant tubing/fittings/valves/diaphragms and other components are readily available.
